Find your gaps before AI does.

Two tools, no signup. Score how exposed you are across the five fronts, then map the defenses you already have and the ones you are missing. Both run in your browser, and nothing you type leaves this page.

Tool 1 · Self-assessment

The AI Exposure Test.

Ten questions, about two minutes. You will get an exposure score, the one front you are most open on, and the first move to close it. Answer honestly: the test only helps if the number stings a little.

1. Can you name today which parts of your job a model already does well?

2. Do you have a plan for your income if your role was cut in the next 12 months?

3. Do you regularly make decisions start to finish with no AI in the loop?

4. Can you usually tell when text, a voice, or a video was generated by AI?

5. Does your household have a way to verify that an urgent money request is genuine?

6. Would you recognise a cloned voice of someone you trust on a phone call?

7. Have you set clear rules for how AI is used in your home?

8. Have you warned the people you care about about AI scams and deepfakes?

9. Is your sense of worth separate from how productive or clever you are at work?

10. Do you have a clear line for decisions you will not hand to AI?

Tool 2 · Canvas

The AI Defense Canvas.

One page, five fronts. This is the personal version of a business model canvas: instead of mapping how a company makes money, you map how you defend the five things AI puts at risk. Click each front for the question to answer and the first move to make.

01

Your Job

Which of my tasks does AI already do well, and where do I still win?

Audit your week. List your tasks, mark the ones a model does cheaply, and move your hours toward judgement, relationships, and accountability. Become the person who directs AI, not the one it replaces.
02

Your Mind

Where am I outsourcing thinking I should keep doing myself?

Keep one AI-free decision a week, start to finish. Draft with a model if you like, then defend the output without it. Protect the muscle before you lose it.
03

Your Money

How would I know an urgent request is real before I pay?

Agree a family verification phrase. Make one rule absolute: any urgent money request gets a callback on a known number before a cent moves. Voice and video can be faked. A callback cannot.
04

Your Family

What are our rules, and does everyone at home know the risks?

Set three household AI rules this weekend. Teach kids and elders that voice, video, and messages can be faked, and that a friendly chatbot is still a product. Keep human relationships primary.
05

Your Sense of Self

Who am I when the machine is better at the work?

Separate your worth from your output. Write down what makes you you that has nothing to do with productivity, and protect time for it. Decide who you are before the defaults decide for you.

Click or tap a front to open it. Keyboard: Tab to a front, then Enter.

You found the gaps. Now close them.

The tools show you where you are exposed. Survival Guide for the AI Apocalypse is the step-by-step manual for hardening all five fronts, written by an insider with close to two decades building and governing AI systems.
